Suggest a better descriptionIn a small mixing bowl, beat together eggs and mustard. In a separate small mixing bowl, dissolve brown sugar in vinegar; add to egg mixture. Brush both sides of pork chops with brown sugar mixture and place into a greased 13" X 9: baking dish. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1-1/4 hours. Baste at least once more during cooking time. When chops are turned, sprinkle other side with seasoning salt.
